原食譜4人份,年菜可分給6人享用

材料

芥藍菜 300g

紅甜椒 100g

黃甜椒 100g

白豆干 200g

初醡橄欖油 10g

黑芝麻粉 20g

調味料
鹽6g

高純度異麥芽寡醣漿 6g

作法

1.蔬菜洗淨 芥藍菜連粗梗帶葉一起切絲,紅、黄甜椒切絲備用

2.豆干切絲。鍋中加入橄欖油加熱炒香豆干絲,取出放涼備用

3.鍋中另放入芥藍菜拌炒片刻。再次加入豆干絲炒香加入鹽、寡糖漿拌勻。熄火後再加入紅黃甜椒拌勻,以保留維生素C

4. 盛入盤中撒上黑芝麻粉即可。

Spring Welcoming Three-color Shredded Tofu

Original Recipe serves 4, suitable for sharing among 6 during the Lunar New Year festivities.

Ingredients:

  • 300g Kale
  • 100g Red Bell Pepper
  • 100g Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 200g Firm Tofu
  • 10g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 20g Black Sesame Powder

Seasoning:

  • 6g Salt
  • 6g High-Purity Isomaltooligosaccharide Syrup

Instructions:

  1. Wash the vegetables. Slice the kale, including the stems and leaves, into thin strips. Julienne the red and yellow bell peppers and set aside.

  2. Slice the tofu into strips. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the tofu until fragrant. Remove from the pan and let it cool.

  3. In the same pan, stir-fry the kale for a moment. Then, add the tofu strips back into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add salt and isomaltooligosaccharide syrup, mix well. Turn off the heat, then add the red and yellow bell peppers and mix well to preserve the vitamin C.

  4. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with black sesame powder before serving.
